If you’re thinking about buying a program that promises to teach you how to make money, first scrutinize their refund policy.
Here’s what to look for:

Is the refund policy clear?

  • Does it explain exactly when and how you can get your money back?
  • Watch out for tricky words like “at our discretion,” which means they decide if you get a refund or not.
  • Some companies only give you a few days. Others give you a month.
  • Find out when the clock starts—when you pay or when you start using it?
  • Some businesses offer refunds, but the key training modules are only available after the refund period expires.
  • Some companies require you to complete significant work or meet specific criteria before granting a refund.
  • How restrictive are the rules, and do those restrictions seem reasonable and easy to fulfill even for a new user?
  • Make sure the requirements are realistic and not designed to be impossible without purchasing their costly “personal” mentoring.
  • Is there a phone number you can call, or do they only allow email?
  • If it is hard to contact them, that is a bad sign.
  • If they do not respond to your attempts to contact them, that is a bad sign.
  • If they do not offer a refund, be very careful. Research them thoroughly before deciding whether to give them your hard-earned cash or not.
  • Some states or regions have laws that protect you, but not every company follows them.
  • Check if other buyers had trouble getting refunds.
  • Look for complaints on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or online reviews.

If anything seems unclear, ask for clarification. If their response is unclear or consists of more sales hype, find a different program.
Lots of scammers out there preying on people’s desire to have a better more fulfilling life. I cannot say it enough, you have to protect yourself.
